A LONG-TERM PATHWAY
Why Redline?
Development should build from one season to the next. Redline’s vision is a consistent coaching philosophy, an individual pathway and a culture that players and families can grow with over the long term.
Our players develop within their club community and share Redline’s wider academy approach.

THE COMPLETE ATHLETE
Movement, mindset and long-term development
On-ice coaching develops skating, shooting, puck control, hockey IQ and position-specific skills. Mental preparation builds confidence, composure and resilience; age-appropriate dryland work develops speed, strength, agility and mobility.
Biomechanics and movement feedback help players understand balance, coordination and efficient movement. A multi-sport approach encourages young athletes to build a broad foundation through activities such as swimming, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, golf and track and field.
Qualified health and movement support
Where arranged, qualified practitioners may support movement screening, functional mobility, recovery and growth-related movement needs. Practitioner availability and any specific services will be confirmed with each programme.
